re-opening of former paradise burgers.

my wife and I are thinking of relocating from hailey to mccall to possibly open up the old paradise burger and beer joint. Do any locals remember anything much about it, or think the town would like a cleaned up rejuvinated burger and ale stand? Do you find this valuable?
